What we make, and where

KELVANO is a factory-direct manufacturer. We produce track spotlights, 48V magnetic track, batten and linear fittings, anti-glare downlights, IP65 tri-proof luminaires, high bay lights and floodlights at our own base in Zhongshan, China, in production since 2010. There is no trading house between you and the line, so the driver brand is named on your proforma invoice and the people answering your technical questions are the people building the fixture.

• LED downlights, including the anti-glare COB downlight and the pull-out gimbal downlight.

LED high bay lights for US warehouses

The high bay range is 100 W, 150 W and 200 W UFO fixtures, chosen by mounting height. Converting our published bands to feet: 100 W suits about 20 to 26 ft, 150 W about 26 to 33 ft, and 200 W about 33 to 46 ft. Beam angles of 60°, 90° and 120° cover racked aisles and open floors, with the narrow beam over the aisle centerline where racking is tall.

If your specification requires a listing at bid stage, say so in your first message, so the listing is arranged before production.

Tariffs and Incoterms

Luminaires made in China currently carry US duties, including Section 301. We quote FOB so you control customs and duty; confirm the current rate with your customs broker.

FOB is the only Incoterm we quote into the US. You or your freight forwarder take the goods from the port of loading, which keeps the customs entry, the duty and the broker in your hands rather than buried in a landed figure you cannot audit.

Light levels, in the units your drawings use

Our product pages carry lux, because the ranges are designed against EN 12464-1, the European standard for indoor workplaces. The conversion for a US drawing set is one foot-candle to about 10.8 lux, so the levels we quote most often read as:

High bay mounting heights run from about 20 ft to 46 ft (6 m to 14 m) across the 100 W, 150 W and 200 W bands. These are our published figures converted, not a US design standard: check them against the IES recommendation your specifier works to.

IES and LDT photometric files can be measured for project specifications, so your designer can prove the levels before you order. We can prepare a lighting layout for qualified projects.

How a US project runs

1. Send the fixture schedule or the ceiling plan, with voltage, mounting heights and the target levels.
2. We return a quotation within 24 hours: models, quantities, FOB terms and pricing tiered by quantity.
3. Say whether you need UL or ETL listing or DLC qualification. The scope and the extra lead time go on the quotation.
4. Samples if you want them before committing, charged and credited as set out below.
5. Production against the proforma invoice, pre-shipment inspection with a report, then FOB.

Orders start at 50 units per SKU and run to full container loads on the same terms, under a 5-year warranty.
